2013年度开云(中国)官方网站—维多利亚大学国际合作研究项目按照单位报送、资格审查、专家评审等规定程序，已顺利完成评审立项工作。经维多利亚大学学术委员会专家严格评审，我校共计4项课题获得立项。根据双方合作协议约定，今年国际合作研究项目申报工作由我校负责组织，评审工作由维多利亚大学负责实施，我校教师积极申报，共提交申请书26份。
开云(中国)官方网站—维多利亚大学国际合作研究项目是两校合作开展研究的种子基金项目，此项目旨在通过两校科研人员合作研究，加强交流，深化联系，为今后两校取得更加实质性合作进展，进而为我校获得更多国外高校、科研机构项目支持奠定良好基础。
